Feeling devastated

Please be careful when choosing a surgeon, I went to mark Gittos for a septoplasty to help my breathing with a very very minor hump reduction. I was clear with mark that I did not wish to look different. Not only is my septum more deviated than before and my breathing worse, he over-resected my bridge, reduced the size of my nostrils, foreshortened the length of my nose and lifted the tip of my nose. This has resulted in my nose looking too small, and very out of proportion to my face. To say I am utterly devastated would be an understatement. I did not ask, consent or even be informed of the extra procedures that were performed by him. When I spoke to him about this he suggested ACC be responsible for any damages and is not responding to me any further.
