My nose shape exceeded my expectations

I had done a lot of research over the years to find the best surgeon for my septoplasty, and Duncan’s name came up time and time again with happy clients and impressive work. Everything he did looked natural and not overdone. As an artist myself, I wanted someone with an eye for what would suit me and who could give me an honest opinion on what was achievable.

When I met Duncan, he took his time to assess what he liked about my nose and what would keep the harmony with my face proportions. He gave me a quick draw-up and showed me then and there, and it looked great. He said my ideas were achievable and that he was happy to work with me, which I was delighted about. I also asked him about better breathing, as one of my nostrils was completely blocked from a deviation, which made my nose look off-center. He said he would see what he could do while in surgery.

I’m now six weeks into healing, and there is no swelling at all. My nose shape exceeded my expectations, and I can even breathe out of both nostrils. I feel more confident and happier than I’ve been in a long time from this surgery, and I’m so happy I got Duncan to do it.
