New CT scan 1,5 month post surgery still show deviated septum

Very bad doctors!! He and his brother Dr Ghassan performed surgery on me in order to fix deviated septum. I paid 4000 USD for nothing. New CT scan 1,5 month post surgery still show deviated septum. Dr Chadi claims that nasal turbinate is the same like polyps. I start to wonder if he really is a legitimated doctor
