Had septoplasty surgery and never gained any relief

3 years after my surgery and I can’t even get a reply to my emails. I had septoplasty surgery and never gained any relief. 3 days post surgery I had the stints removed from my nose and so much blood poured out even the doctor was shocked. After 5 minutes and still bleeding heavily I was sent on my way. Every consultation after I voiced my concerns that there had been no improvement which fell on deaf ears. The septoplasty surgery cost 4500e but doctor shandilya convinced me to get rhinoplasty for an extra 1000e to improve chances of relief. This was never performed. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
