Septo Rhinoplasty - I'm very unhappy with results

I had my surgery on 1st September for septorhinoplasty. I'm very unhappy with results. My nose is straight from an angle which is great but when you look at my nose shape hasn't change ( still to wide) and is not straight at all ( very wonky) when you look at me directly. Very unhappy as I paid alot for the surgery and not much improvement
