Septo-Rhinoplasty in Perth, Australia
WORTH IT$6,000
I used to have a nice nose until I had a trauma when I was a teenager, even though the trauma broke the cartilage, the nose still looks ok and a few people
Noticed my nose was crooked.
My main concern over the year it was that part of the deviated septum was irritating my skin on one of my nostrils and the same was partially blocking my breathing, specially at night.
I decided to get a surgery and my GP recommended Dr, Pham, so I get a consult with him and explained my main concerns, however, he suggested a bit of a re-shaping of the tip with some ear cartilage and a bit of skin over the bridge (which used to be very thin) from the side of head.
I went home to think about it and decided to go back for a second appointment to agreed on everything including a bit of a change on then straight bridge he was suggesting and instead of it I was looking for a bit of a natural break before getting to the tip.
All the process was very smooth, I booked the surgery 3 weeks after and was all good, no pain no dramas.
Recovery was easy and perhaps the most annoying thing was my ear and head stitches, but after 3 weeks to a month was all almost normal.
I am pretty happy with the results so far, at the beginning I was very swollen but slowly the nose started to gain shape from the top; now after almost 2 months the results are very good, most important my nose looks completely natural.
Photos from day before to week 7 post-op.
