Three Kids Mommy Make Over- Breast Implant and Fat Grafting, Tear Drop 260cc , 280cc

I have always been flat chested and it wasn’t full A. When I 25, I got my first baby and gained a bit of weight but not on breast. After having second and third children my boob shapes started to changed and I realized that it looks saggy and uneven. Mostly my upper side of breasts were flatted and I started to lose my confident because I gained about 15Ibs as well so my total body shape was like D. To lose my weight I did running, weight and also yoga (it really helped to get my body shapes back but not for my boobs). However, may be because of ages, I gained my weight again and it seems like an infinite circle so I talked with my husband that I want plastic surgery.

My husband respected my decision so he said do anything that making me happy. I live in Japan so I wanted to get it done in here because of my children but visiting Korea was more tempting because I wanted drastic result and implant plus fat grafting seems good way to achieve my purpose.
So I did research and found good clinics. During the online consultation lots of clinics gave me all the information regarding surgery, implant types, fat grafting and anesthesia etc and I narrow down to 4 clinics.

First I stepped in one of major clinic in South Korea I was shocked because they were so busy and all the locals and foreigners moved around. However the most thing that I didn’t like the big clinics were only few minutes were given to ask all my questions to doctors. I understood doctors hastily come in to consultation room from surgery and go but I wanted to have more time with my surgeon. No offence, I mean the staffs answered all my questions very friendly but not with doctors. So I choose local one.

Through the online consultation most of clinics said I could expect C, 250 cc approximately but my doctor said I could have 260 and 280cc. I get so excited because if I top up my fat on that I would have full D. There were different kinds of implants but I chose teardrop because I saw so many pictures on the forums that looks like so fake and unreal. In terms of incision, I wanted to have axillary incision but doctor said inframammary incision fit me better. For fat grafting, doctor said he would take it out from inner thighs but I asked to take the fat from my back and ab.

Consultation went very well and Dr Hong could speak little English so I asked him what I want and how desperate I wanted this surgery. It’s already three month post operation and I feel good with my result. Still having swelling, itching and numbness sometimes but doctor said it is normal reaction during the recovery period. I’m still wearing sports bra but I hope I could wear wired bra soon! Can’t wait to see my cleavage! I’m planning to go to South Korea to follow up my surgery and I’ll upload my experience again soon.

It is 4 months already and my husband absolutely loves the new woman! Only one problem is my boobs are so big that attract a lot of attention from Japanese. After few months from my surgery I got some pain on my shoulders and back but I’m already get used to the heaviness now. I’m very happy with my result so far and soon I’ll fly to South Korea to do my check up with doctor.

Hi Everyone! I have been busy for a while because of my children and taking vacation with family. I’m very pleased with my result and the feeling is much better than just implant because I can’t feel any abnormal stiff feeling.

It is already 6 moths from my surgery and I can feel the most of swelling is gone but only residual swelling left little bit. The most thing that I worried about was the edge of implant would be seen or felt. However, I’ve never had any problems with the foreign appearance or feeling and I hope it will last for good.

Some people experience dysaesthesia or sensitivity after surgery and I did have itching and numbness issues but not anymore. My left side got more swelling and pain than right side but now all my senses came back to normal. I might busy to having time with family so I didn’t notice but when I run or go out for activity I feel totally fine and don’t bother me at all. For sure I did research regarding my surgery so I was really care about having ripples but because I did fat grafting too?? I don’t have it so far but have to keep an eye on that.

Oh, I did checkup last month, briefly had appointment with Dr. Hong, he was really happy for my result. He recommended me use scar cream on my incision site and do massage on that. I really worried about when he recommended me inframammary incision and leave scars but it is very clean and can be hided so I’m just waiting that would be gone. He touched my breast and said everything is all right and if I have any problems or have questions just let him know. The time with Dr Hong was really pleased and he was very kind and knowledgeable for sure.

Overall, I’m really happy that I could have such beautiful breast and if I have chance, I’ll post video and keep posting my result for ladies!
