Got breast implant plus fat grafting : 10~ 11 month review

Hi everyone! Long time no see! I want to post my review every month but I'm 3 kids Mom couldn't come back for a while. Thank you so much for the comments and all the questions. My breast is still look amazing and nothing changed actually.
Things are mostly as they were before, size is still good no reabsorption. Both boobs feel really good so I can say they are really suit me. I'm waiting for summer to wear bikini again haha!
I don't have anything new, not much change since last update. So, enjoy my pictures and I'll come back with final result. See you next month!

Breast Fat grafting Plus implant New Review
Hi everyone, this is more pictures for you.
I think my result is finalized and no more fat down and abnormal feeling!
However, I'll keep an eye on that and if you have any changes I'll upload here and share it together.
Fresh's Dr. Hong did really great job on me and really and I'm happy that I can wear more pretty bras and clothing. I love my body shape when I wear dress especially and it was really good decision to have breast surgery.
For your information, I did fat grafting and implant at the same time and it really helped me to have natural breast.

It would be good to see how your breasts look without a push up bra & without trying to squeeze your breast together. Would give a more accurate result :)

Wow, breast implant plus fat grafting! never thought about that! your boobs look amazing and I like the natural shapes. I saw another review of Dr. Hong jonghyun about fat grafting and the result also really good. I'm wondering he is specialist in S. Korea.

I heard Dr. Hong is fat grafting & liposuction specialist and Fresh is specialized clinic for fat transfer and lipo.

Breast implants + breast fat transfer 7 months post op
It’s been already 7 months post op. Unbelievable! I have received Vaudrai breast augmentation (breast implants+fat transfer together) from Dr. Hong at Fresh Plastic Surgery in South Korea.
In the very first month after surgery, I was so worried about the hard texture of my breasts. I also had tightness and soreness around my breast area back then. But it got better and better each month and now, such symptoms disappeared. My breasts are much softer too!
Before getting BA, I thought I would be feeling the implants all the time but I actually feel like they are just part of my breasts. Of course, since they were inserted under the muscle, I can feel them when I life heavy objects. But other than that, I think the implants have all settled.
To be honest, I thought my breasts were too big for my body at first. However, now that the swelling has subsided I wish I have gone with bigger implants lol But I know Dr. Hong aims for natural results and the implant sizes he chose for me were proportionate to my chest size.
Also, I have been taking a really good care of scars (inframammary incision). I have been applying the scar cream and have gently massaged the area as I was told by Dr. Hong. I also attached photos of my scars so that you guys can take a look at them. They turned almost white. They are barely noticeable; I’ll have to lift my breasts up in order to find them.

Hey congrats for your successful BA Surgery! My surgery is due next week and I am so worried about the pain during and after surgery that I can’t tell you. Pls share the experience of the pain during and also after surgery and also for how long do we have to take painkillers and overall medicines and all.
