Hello! I read a lot of reviews about Korean doctors and want to share my knowledge about blepharoplasty in Korea. This year in October I went to Seoul. I did sub-brow blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty + Fat reposition at Regen clinic. One friend did operation at Regen before and suggested me to go there. I had online consultation first and asked about prices. I will be 60 soon and had a lot of excessive skin on her upper eyelids and eye bags under my eyes. Because of excessive skin and eye bags I looked much older for my age and after 2 months of thinking I decided to do the operation. I came to Seoul with my daughter on October 15 and the next day went to Regen for the first time for consultation. After consultation the doctor sent me to have test. We really liked the Dr. Lee one of the chief surgeons at Regen. He was very sincere and smiled a lot. I was worried because I couldn’t speak English well but luckily they had an translator that spoke Indonesian. During the consultation we also decided to do the operation under sleep anesthesia so I would be less nervous. The next day on October 17, we came back for the operation. I didn't have dinner and didn't drink water at all until after the surgery. Our assistant met us and showed the recovery room and gave me hospital clothes. After changing clothes and washing my face I waited with the nurse a few more minutes. Then someone took me to the operating room and I met the anesthesiologist who asked me a few questions. Then I remember feeling sleepy and went to sleep. I woke up and it was already finished. I had bandages around my eyes and but it didn't hurt that much. The nurse came to me and gave me something cold to put on my eye area. After 1 hour the nurse took off the band and after making the next appointment I went to medicine store and hotel after. I got some pills and ointment to put on my eyes. . Eyes were swollen and red, and there were edemas around eyes, but it was tolerable and I could still open my eyes slightly. After 1 week I went back to Regen to take off stitches and for the final check. After 10 days we returned home, and all my friends noticed that I got 'something' done. All edemas were gone after 2 weeks and after a month all the swelling is gone. I am so happy and my friends keep giving me compliments and now want surgery too.
