I'm really excited because it's only left few days for 1 year post operation. I worried a lot about retention rate so I ate well and followed all the instructions as I told from Fresh PS and soon, my final result will comes out!
I have nothing to complain about my breast, they are really really perfect and beautiful and what I like the most is my friends and colleagues asking me about my clinic.

I find this review questionable... so from cup A with 1 fat transfer procedure of 280 & 180cc you went to cup D. without even any fat loss. And a surgeon who isnt exactly certified as a plastic surgeon.

why would you say not certified? Dr Hong is certified plastic surgeon and specializes in fat grafting using prp technique

Check replies on first post. Dr is a General surgeon. Unless after that post he acquired a plastic surgeon license then I stand corrected.

I know my result like unreal and I was told that I could only have 1/2 cup to 1cup size up at the first time too. I think everyone's retention is different.

Yes, I'm also questioning if this is a real review. In addition to the numbers not adding up, where are the pics showing lipo bruising & scars? Reviewers usually include more anecdotes on the recovery process. In any case, do your research ladies! Especially if you're traveling internationally!

Something to keep in mind is that this wouldn't be considered a D cup breast by U.S. standards but that may be considered a D cup in Korea

hi, 190 cc and 220cc seem so little. after your surgery was it small at first and after a while it became bigger? it looks like fat grows and not only retains :) thank you

Hi Catherine! I felt it gets smaller gradually for 3 months because of the swelling but I don't think it 'grows'. I did stem cell fat grafting though.

I just ate like normal but avoided spicy, salty food for 2 weeks.

at the very first time I had light food such as Korea porridge but gradually I changed normal diet. I had some Vitamin C for supplement.

hi ahgag, i believe in your retention rate and its awesome. the one thing i cant believe is the 190cc only. your original breasts were small and even if you retain most, if they put only 190cc it should not suppose to look like that. maybe you have to ask them again, looks like its 300cc :)

Hi everyone, I drop by briefly to up load my recent pictures!
So far retention is still good, no big changed since last time. I think my size was final around 7-8 months.
My feelings about my breasts are good, they're bigger,rounder and perkier. Another thing is, I haven't felt jealous of anyone else's body- especially my colleagues, since the procedure.
I've been so busy so please understand if I reply or update my reviews late. Sorry I can't reply all of the comments. Thank you :)

It took about two weeks. The first weeks thigh was quite sore not easy to walk but it got better after two weeks too.

Hi Realselfers! It’s been 8 months since I had fat transfer to breast and I’m glad I chose to do it.
I love the soft feeling when I touch my breast and it is still amazing that I can have such beautiful breast. It was kept the most of what was put in and all settled in perfectly with no lumps, calcification or bumps.
Breast fat grafting has definitely been worth it so far!

Your results are completely unreal!!!! Amazing!!! I thought fat transfer could only increased a cup size at most, especially on a thin person such as yourself, But it looks like you're a D-cup depending on the bras!!!!! What was your pre surgery height and weight? I'm a bit heavier than you, but feel like implants are my only option to get breasts at least as large as yours.

Thank you bosphorus! I was told I could expect 1/2 cup to 1cup size up. However, my fat survived so good so I was also surprised about that. My weight was 55kg/165cm. Thank you :)

Hi adelc! The unevenness and lumps were the most things that I worried about but so far so good. First time I could feel hardness and unevenness when I touched it but it went away gradually. Survival rate.. I guess more than 80% haha. It took about two weeks that the most swelling and bruises gone

Hi Ahgah, your post is inspiring n I would like to know if you have done the second round of fat transfer? Also how much is the total cost? I have consulted some doctors & the price is USD7000 for 2 transfer. Not sure if I should it locally or in Korea
