1 Week Post Op Today

One week...what can I say...Welp not much...we know that there's swelling still and Thursday night I fell asleep in just my binder without my garment on and whoa the swelling was real. NEVER doing that again. I wear them both faithfully. I am still numb, still sore and uncomfortable but that is expected. Went back to work day 4 and it was bearable. Clothes are starting to fit different. Patience is the key. I have months to go..Clean eating and water...

Surgery was amazing. She removed 8.2 liters of fat NOT fluid. The numbing was horrible but I bared it. The staff was great. They rubbed my arms and legs the whole time. I had blankets and heating pads on my upper body and legs as the room was freezing. I don't remember going home that night. I remember faintly the conversations they were having i did fall asleep. And awoke to the suctioning in a few areas. I am now ready to just put in the work and get healthier. I have not had any pain at all. I did start taking arnica pellets and 3 tylenols a day a week before surgery too. So that and all the praying may have helped. Now its patience.
