Vein Procedure with Via Vascular - Seattle, WA

The company was not very responsive getting my insurance coverage and verification then communicating that to me. I had to frequently call them and didn't receive calls back. The office as a whole seemed very unorganized, even going as far as to lose my patient file. Once my procedure was scheduled they were good about getting me in and taking care of me. When I went in for follow up they did another procedure for the veins that didn't "take". I was later billed for this. This did not make sense to me because I would have thought they were following up on the original procedure. All and All I would not recommend Via Vascular for future procedures.
