9 weeks post operation
Hi everyone! Today is exactly 9 weeks since I had my surgery. I still have some mild swelling but other than that, I am happy with my results :)

You look awesome. I'm 8 weeks today. I can't wait until my swelling is completely gone. Is your stomach hard ? I think mines is not hard enough. It's not loose,but I expected to be rock hard.

My stomach is not super hard. I thought it would be more firm. I can't wait until my swelling goes completely down as well. It's still very swollen on the sides giving it a muffin top effect which is really bothersome. I guess it will just take time and patience.

It must be normal for it not to be hard. I have an appointment next week. I will be asking him if it's normal

Almost 4 weeks
The swelling has gone down dramatically. I'm not experiencing any pain. I am able to sleep on back and sides. I've been doing moderate exercises. I've been using the scar away treatment sheets on my incision and on my belly button. I received approval from my PS to use the scar away silicone sheets at 3 weeks post operation.

Everything went well with my surgery, keep taking pain pils on time. But I wish I would have rented a hospital bed I am using a chair that raises up I can't get comfortable on it at all. Other then that I can't wait to see how everything looks in the weeks and months to follow .

Went to see my ps today and today is day 9 post op. Two drains came out and one to go. I got some gel from the ps for scar treatment already he said I can start applying it now. He said don't over due things yet so I'm relaxing but it's getting awfully browning sitting around. I might try drinking baking soda see if that helps with the swelling , too. Your picture look great .

Hey! Yes the swelling can get really bad! I mixed the baking soda with hot water and I put in about 2 tsp. I hope it works for you!
