Hi- I am a full time working mother of three. I have a 14 yr old son and a set of 11 year old twins. I work out twice a day, have lost a great deal of weight but could not get rid of my excess skin. So you're 16 days after surgery now? How's it going? Can you walk upright? Do you have a lot of swelling (can you wear regular clothes, or would people mistake you for pregnant :-). Are you still in a lot of pain? Have you gone back to work? My TT with MR is scheduled for Aug. 1 and I'll have about 3 weeks before I return to school (I'm a teacher) so I'm wondering what to expect. I'm 47 with 4 kids (14-21, middle two are twins!). Keep me posted and good luck!!
I am going through a similar experience and would love advice. I don't usually ask online but I am 48 and have an 11 year old and a 15 year old and need a hernia and muscle tear and very disfigured stomach fixed along with size 34G breasts.
