I had consultations with 3 different surgeons and ultimately decided on Dr. Salemy.

I am so glad I did! His team was friendly, professional, welcoming, and sincere. Rebecca answered emails promptly, delivered notes when needed, and fit me in when scheduling was tight.

Dr. Hom, my anesthesiologist, was informative, helpful, and very honest. My nurses were caring, and Tawnie (who brought me to the OR) was especially kind, funny, and made me feel very at ease. She warned me of the brightness of the OR and how it could be intimidating. She instructed me to take a deep breath, and walk in. The whirlwind began!

Much to my surprise, Wiz Khalifa was on the radio as the team readied themselves for the surgery. I wondered if they tapped my Pandora haha. A few jokes were exchanged, I closed my eyes for what seemed like a moment. I then opened my eyes, and it was over!

Everyone was reassuring that I did well. Dr. Salemy was extremely genuine and professional. He has surrounded himself with an A+++ team and I couldn't imagine going anywhere for any other type of work. Also, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being seen, even if I was early!
