I have had septal deviation causing breathing problems for years, when I decided to have it fixed I thought I might as well straighten it esthetically as well. I went to Dr portuese because he is specialized in otolaryngology as well as plastic surgery. He suggested what would be best to bring balance to my face.

Dr Portuese is extremely skilled. I am so happy with my results! It was absolutely worth it. I only had to travel 220 miles to go to him, but he's the best, I would have traveled across the U.S. for his skill.
