Dr Naficy has an in depth understanding of facial features and the best course of action. I went in with a general idea which Dr Naficy and I discussed in detail. He informed me of the pros and cons of what I had originally envisioned. After deciding the shape which will best compliment my face in the short and long term, the experience itself was a breeze. My results are great - In general, no one has been able to tell that I got a nose job - even though I can definitely tell the diff - and it's amazing.
