Hello! so about two years ago I got a rhinoplasty done (with general anast) i had a broken tilted assymetric nose, now two years later i still have difficulity breathing! cant go a day without nasal spray and i think the splints on the sides of my nose are forming bumps... :(
i dont have much before pics tbh! but it was crooked and and has a small hook.... now leme post what my nose looks like right now!
its totally butched up! i have waited two years to make sure this is what it will look like! sometimes i cant sleep at night thinkng of how bad i look ad how bad i messed myself up! i never wanted it to be upwards that much! and one side is different then the other! i want it to be a little be down...
is it possible to fix it? or i just have to learn to live with it? and if so can it be done local Anesthesia instead of general? i am terrified of general again...
please somebody help me :( ive been having anxiety attacks,,, i dot want to look in the mirror,,, i dont want to do anything!
is it fixable? ad if so what can be done?

Hi. Sorry to hear about your ftustration. If you want professional advice you should post your voncerns.under "ask a doctor section". Good luck.

thank you for sharing, If you want a professional advice from doctors, you should do it under ask a doctor section. I read your story and saw your pictures, yes u look different from before but you look nice , I understand exactly how you must feel. I have a deformed nose as a result of my primary. PLEASE DON'T STRESS YOURSLEF MUCH, YOU RELLY LOOK NICE. :) you did't adjust to your new look. give yourself more time and don't make any decisions until you feel better emotionally. you didn 't do this to your self and it wasn't your fault. you are strong enough to go through this, try to zoom out little. if things get worst in the future you can still fix it :) in the hand of a good doctor you can achieve some of the improvements you want. meanwhile take care of yourself, use makeup...you are so beautiful..[RS bleep]

Thank you dianne ur words mean a lot to me in this hard time, as i have no other emotional support, my parents simply blame me and everytime they see me they make fun of my nose but yet they say dont do any more surgeries. and i dont have any friends support thats why i found this site , ure right i shd be positive ive seen online lots of worst nose transform to great noses! i just have to keep faith and hope and look on the positive side,

I'm sorry but you need to stand up to your parents and tell them not to make fun of you and to give you more love. What's done is done. The only thing that matters is how you move forward. Nobody should be telling you to get more surgery or less surgery. That decision is up to you.

I'm so sorry to hear your breathing is compromised. That happened to me as well after my first rhinoplasty. So, you have splints inside your nose?

I hope you are able to find a doctor who can help you. I got addicted to Breathe Right nasal strips for awhile. They helped immensely, but I don't know if you can use those with splints...

Please keep us updated on your journey. There are quite a few good rhinoplasty surgeons in Seattle, which should.
