I had rhinoplasty done 3 years ago, and although I don't hate the results, I was left with a droopy looking tip (which makes my nose feel too long) and bump on one side. It looks the worst when i smile, but not too bad when i dont. I'm getting a revision done next month and am nervous! My doctor says my angles are "perfect" and tip rotation is 100 degrees where it should be. I find it too droopy, so we decided that were going to do a closed rhinoplasty- tip rotation and shave down the bump on the side. Does this sound like a risky procedure or somewhat simple? I'm really nervous!
