Hi! I am a mom of two great kids ages 9 and 6. My first was a C-section and my second was v-bac. I gained 35 pounds with my first child on top of being already overweight. I got stretch marks in every place possible! I have always had self-esteem issues and after pregnancy things only got worse. I have struggled with being bigger most my life. I joined weight watchers and a gym when he was a few months old and was able to loose almost 60 lbs. The day I got to my goal weight, we decided to try for another one. I was pregnant 2 weeks later. :-) I didn't gain as much with the second, and this time kept to a healthy diet and exercised and was able to get to my pre-pregnancy weight rather quickly, but was left with loose saggy skin all over. I have been eating healthy and going to the gym for an hour and a half 5-6 days a week. My husband likes joke "You have a six pack, its just hiding." I feel muscle all over, but you cant see it...I have known since I was younger that I was going to need a breast lift at some point in life as I have always had saggy breasts, but after having kids I added a tummy tuck to that list. I tried smart lipo from what I thought was a reputable doctor, but after the procedure was when she was found to be taking drugs and misconduct with patients. It was a horrible experience, wasting my money and leaving me with extra saggy skin and puncture holes in 4 different places. It turned me off plastic surgery for a long while.

I finally became serious again about researching a mommy makeover this year and have been researching like crazy. I am tired of seeing my stomach roll over my clothes and my breast just hang. I found Dr. Salemy online and was pleased with the reviews he had received. I scheduled an appt. for a consultation and was able to get in pretty quickly. I was so nervous(feeling sick and sweaty, yuck!) Luckily my husband came along to listen to all he had to say and that was a big help. Dr. Salemy's staff was very friendly as was he. He had so much information and answered all of my questions. I was worried that it would be a quick, rushed, uncomfortable appt., but it was far from. He definitely tried to ease my fears as much as possible and spent almost 2 hrs with me.

Instead of giving myself time to back out, I scheduled at the soonest available appt. It ended up being 2 weeks later due to a cancelation. Now, to the scary part...Its scheduled for tomorrow July 30! Ahh! I think I have everything I need. My husband is taking a week off work, my parents are keeping the kids for a few days and my sister-in-law just became a nurse. I know I am in good hands all around, but its still a major life change! I wish I could get over my fears enough to relax and sleep. I think my biggest fear is the scar. My self conscious side is worried that I am just adding another "blemish" to my body.

This website has really helped me in my decision. I love the support given, the updates on everyone and the tips. I am on here all the time in the last few weeks! Well, there's my story...I will keep you updated as I go along. Wish me luck!

Just got out about 2 hrs ago. Doctor said everything went really well, it was almost boring. Boring is good I guess. I used the nausea patch which really helped and will have it for 3 days. I'm on tylonol with codine, valuim and pain pump numbing it. Pain is definitely tolorable. Hard to go from laying down to sitting. My husband and I are still working on getting that as best as possible. Makes it harder since I had the breast lift and cant use arms to help. Haven't seen the scar yet, tomorrow is the day I guess. I'm trying jus not to think about. I'm using tins of pillows and that is helping. Forgot to say before I am 29 and was 167 pounds. Okay, time to rest...

I haven't done the implants yet. They had to do two separate procedures because I had so much extra skin. That's scheduled for early September. I am definitely getting though beasue I think right now I barely fit in a b cup and I'm used to a big c. My biggest thing is I don't want huge implants, but a size the looks natural. Good luck on your procedure. I will post pics of just the lift and also with implants so it will hopefully help you.

Was doing well util my husband AMD I tried to get me in bed last night and thought i was on the pillows and needed him to get my legs up..well I wasn't on the pillow and ended up using my upper tummy muscles. Ouch ! Not only that but ended up passing out after bathroom break when we were emptying the drains right after I took antibiotic scaring my husband half to death, him yelling my name over and over and running for his phone to call ambulance. I was finally awake to tel him I'm okay. Poor guy! Luckily he caught me before I fell though. Anyways, still sore, but nothing that's nit manageable. Hardest is laying back down after walking every few hours. More bent over today because of using the muscles twice yesterday passing out and laying down. I'm a little nervous cause I am heading doctor in a hour and get to see it all. I'm sticking to valium every 6 hours and tylonol with codine every 4. I will add more later hopefully with pics. Thank for support everyone! It helps alot!

He and his staff are great. I haven't seen my results yet, but he and my husband said wow, so that sounds promising. Dr Salemy also said I think your going to be really pleased.
