Current mood. CF/$/being a mom.

Hey. Update. I'm back to crossfit 4-6 times a week and since my surgery have lost 5lbs and my body fat % decreased and muscle increased. I have a macro nutrition coach I've been using for about 7 months now. I've had great success with that!
I do have a background in fitness and nutrition. I have someone programming my workouts so it makes sense to have a nutrition coach telling me each week how many grams of macros I need.
I feel amazing. This was the best decision. I didn't tell tons of people but started sharing after I did it to the inner circle. Why you ask? It's not if their business. Their opinion or approval was not needed. Needless to say, they have all been so positive and happy for me.
I have multiple friends who have had this done since and one soon. Even a few people approach me and want to know more. I'm the only person they know who has done this thing that most woman think about doing
Like I said in my earlier posts. I did this FOR me! Myself. My comfort, functionality. I decided on breast 2 weeks before. DO all of it at once. You won't regret it.
Because I had my abdominal muscles tied together my function has come back and strength increased due to them firing in the right way. Just my experience.
I have a silicone scar cream I still use. As you can see I have red raised scare around my belly button. Just how I heal.
I do have some soreness in my left breast still (pressure) and a twinge of sore abdominals occasionally. I have a tiny dog ear that is getting flatter and flatter. If it's still there in a few months my PS will fix it.
I paid cash for this. YES, cash. No, I am not rich. I saved. Saved some every month. It took some time but I was NOT going to do this and be paying on it afterwards.
Here is my philosophy on being a parent:
We project a body image on our children weather it's good or bad. I want a good confident body image to be passed along. I feel that if I am happy in my skin and continue to work toward a fit life style it doesn't matter what I do. I'd be passing that along to them even if I hadn't had the surgery. I also don't think this surgery is "bad" or "cheating" or whatever. I did not lose any weight during this surgery. My before and after was the SAME. Instead I have worked my ass off trying to move my body in the direction my goals go. Regardless, I want to pass on that PS isn't because you are insecure, hate yourself, etc. it's a personal decision and can come from confident happy individuals wanting their body to match all the work in the gym. Or whatever it is to you.

Wake boarding, swimming, WODs +++dropping.

We've been out on the boat a lot and I got a few new suits. Here's a few! I went wake boarding yesterday and have been walking/light jogging and a little light WOD. My boobs are dropping and I like it.

Updated pictures.

Lefty is still high. I've done a few little jogs and am back to work.
No more binder per PS.
I'm using scar cream daily.
I've been pretty active and feel like my recovery is going pretty well (I do have a high pain tolerance though).
I'm sore and tired at the end of the day but I am also doing a lot with my young kids. I'm enjoying my new body with all this sun. Just feeling really good and like my body now matches all my fitness and nutrition. I am pretty about diligent counting macros and regular crossfit. I haven't been cleared for that yet. I'll post about that when I am ready.

Happy healing.
