10 days post op and feeling good. Switched to a Spanx yesterday for when I'm running errands or out of the house since trying to find something to wear with the CP in the summer is near impossible. Still wear my CP when I'm at home and at night/sleeping. I feel like the swelling has gone down a little. Coughed for the first time yesterday and thought my insides had exploded! Not much else going on, just need to remind myself to slow down and take it easy every now and then.

Looks like you are doing great! Keep resting. And don't cough. ;)

How is your recovery going now almost 3 months later? I'm scheduling my BA with Dr Salemy soon and would love to know how you're feeling and if you love your look. I think you look fantastic in the photos already up here. :)

Thanks so much! I feel great, my tummy still feels a little numb from the tummy tuck but I am so pleased with the results from the BA and TT. The only thing that feels weird is doing push ups I feel like the implants move so I don't really do them very much anymore. My bra size is much bigger than I thought I would ever be comfortable with (went from 34 b/c to a 34 dd/ddd). But at the same time they don't look huge, some of my friends had said you can't even really tell a difference unless I'm wearing a tight or low cut top. My boobs also feel soft and real. Good luck with your BA, Dr. Salemy is a fantastic doctor you are in good hands. Let me know if you have any questions. Also, after surgery you'll have to invest in some sports bras, Under Armour makes some with a zipper in the front which offer a lot of support and are easy to put on and take off sometimes you can find them at Marshall's for half the price of Dick's Sportings Good.

5 days post op and I'm living the results so far. I just can't wait for my tummy swelling to go down. Boobs look great, the look on my husband's face whenever I'm topless is priceless!!!! Tummy feels numb which is pretty weird and the spot where they took the drain out is a little sore. Took a shower for the first time this morning but it took a lot out of me. Standing up a litter straighter but still not all the way straight. The mark under my arm is from the garment bra rubbing on my skin the first couple of days.

Drain is out!!! But man did that hurt like a mother! I think it was as bad as when I had a brazilian wax. The doc felt bad he said I could punch if i wanted to (which did not happen). Feeling great so far. Just getting tired if I'm doing too much but overall things are good. My incisions look great I thought I was going to look the like bride of Frankenstein but I don't (thank God). I can finally shower today which is going to be the highlight of my week. Doc has allowed me to remove my garments for 2hrs a day and I do feel like I swell up a bit but nothing crazy. I just can't wait for my tummy to look flat so far it looks like I've inhaled a whole thanksgiving turkey and a 12 pack of beer. Pain hasn't been bad at all, I don't have a high pain tolerance I think I've just been lucky. Looking forward to my progress next week. Next week I have another appt with my doc and he will apply some more new tape and show me out to massage the girls. Unfortunately hubby can't participate until I'm 6 weeks post op. Can't believe I actually went through with this. Thanks god for the family and friends who have supported me this week, couldn't have done it without them. Still don't have my appetite back. Just been eating Protien smoothies, oatmeal and greek yogurt with granola. Chia seeds has also done wonders for my digestive system!
