Small B to Small D

Replace volume loss after breastfeeding and weight loss. Haven't had the procedure yet. Looking for as much post op advice as possible. Nervous about anisthesia, pain, results and major complications. Please provide insight on your experience. Thanks in advance. Also, how to deal with family / friends who are not supportive of the procedure.
