I think I'm ready

I've had major back surgery. Now I'm ready for my breast lift , my tummy tuck and a hoodectomy. I need a virtual consultation with a great surgeon.
I have lots of sagging and I'm so ashamed of my naked body.
I may post some more pics of different areas of my body I have even more sag now than in this pic.
My fuppa is so big, my vagina lips are way to big and I need a hoodectomy.
I will need lots of support please.
Anyone who have pictures and stories to share would be appreciated.
