My health is doing great!!
I am now 36 days out from my explant! I'm doing great! My energy is back! I am back to work. Almost 3weeks in. I am now going back to the gym. Starting out very slowly. I still cannot work out on my chest, for my muscles are still healing, but I do workout my lower body very slowly for right now.

Thank you! your scars are really good. I have my implants removed 5 weeks ago and I am so sad because of my scars, they are in my crease, well a little bit below and they are so visible :( I don't know how to make them almost invisible :(
I am using rosehip oil.
How are your scars now?

It's so strange some people are effected by implants. I am one of those that has never had an issue I feel fantastic and I am very pleased with them. I am 58 went through surgery with a breeze healing very well I am 5 months post op. I am sorry you went through what you did but there are people that have no issues at all so there is a positive side too. Everyone is different

Well I wish you luck. You know I didn't need a lift with mine but my Dr whom is a very good board certified says he doesn't generally do a lift at the same time as implant. But I am really sorry you have had so much trouble it's really sad to think of all that money for nothing but trouble on your review it looks like you were never happy with them . Well you only have a little over a week and they will be out of there

Thank you for your comments ............ I had a lift when I had my implants , my Dr feels the same about not doing anything but Explant for at least a year when they are fully healed and will look how they will forever then. I have made it very clear no more breast surgery for this girl I am prepared to embrace (celebrate) my smaller natural breasts! Start my journey to good health! 8 more days :)

Yes each person is different! I'm glad your doing great! But keep in mind these health problems start as soon as months to years! 5-15 years! Many women are going through the SAME health problems from breast implants! As for me, I started having health problems as soon as my implants in! Fit one thing I was under anesthesia way too long! 3 hours over, they couldn't wake me up! Face all swollen and my throat in soo much pain I couldn't even swollow the very next day. :-( beer bad thrush! To this day I still have problems swallowing and always have a light cough. I was told by another surgeon and a psychologist, transplant surgeon, that I should of been opt out from this surgery, right when they knew that I was a kidney transplant patient and a past autoimmune disease, Lupus. Instead my surgeon said she had done patients with autoimmune and they did fine! If I was told that no, that they cant do surgery on an past autoimmune patient, I would of not did this.. Many women are having so many health problems after implants in, agian it doesn't happen right away! It may take years. So if g start getting health problems through the years go by, please don't let people think your crazy, cause your not, these health problems are real!! After getting my Implants out, 3 months out, my Lupus is back in remission, all the health I had when my implants were in are now all gone!! All of them!! Again, I'm glad you're doing great!!

I'm sorry your not feeling well! You will feel the difference after they are out! Just remember that each person Jesus different after explant. The longer they have been in you and if t have not leak into your body they longer it will take to heal... Please be patient... Some take months to heal back and since take years.. It all depends on what went wrong with your Implants. If they leaked, etc... Happy healing to you after your Implant out! Breast implant illness and healing official group on facebook ask to join... Yes, a total of around 20,000 I have spent with Implants and explant in less than 11 months.. :-(
What I'm most happy is that I am now feeling better now they are OUT!! ITS SAD THAT MY HEALTH WENT DOWN QUICKLY FROM GETTING THE IMLANTS IN. I HAD CAPSULAR CONTRACTURE WITHIN 2.5 - 3 MONTHS after getting my implants in, A SIGN OF infection in your breast!! IM NOT HERE TO TELL ANYONE TO DO OR NOT TO DO, IM JUST posting my results and how i felt after having implants in and how I feel after getting them out!! What's sad,is that alot of these surgeons don't even know what these Implants are made out of and what health problems they have caused in many- many- many, women. These Implants company's need to educate these surgeons that are putting these Implants in to patients!! :-(

Happy healing! Glad you are doing better. A friend of mine is experiencing similar issues w her implants. We went to the same doc on the same day. I have had zero issues since. She's had it redone, thinking if she changed the implants, it may be better. They look great but she isn't enjoying them. Our bodies are different and for some people, this just doesn't work. Glad you feel better :)

17 days after explant!
I am feeling better day by day! No shooting pain from my chest to my back! No joint pains, back and neck pains! My red sensitive eyes went away! No more waking up with joint pain and eyes watering trying to open them because they hurt and so sensitive to the light. No more head aches! My energy is picking up. My anxiety is very low now! I still had a couple of flares two days after surgery and a week out. But none this week. Yay! I was told from last surgeon, that my chest would sink in and would be a A cup. I was distrauted by that comment. The best part is my new surgeon Lisa Sowder said I would probably be a B- C cup when getting explant. That brought a smile to my face, and my chest only sinks in just a little, Even better! I also went to get my swollen lymph nodes checked again,(before my explant) my lymph nodes on my left side underpit unusual large, which hurt. Went in today good news! He can't find them! No pain under arm pits any more! Hurray! Went to see Dr Sowder and said that I look very happy which I do! I'm happy because I feel good! My health is doing better! Even though I don't have what I wanted and that was my implants that was supposed to bring up my confidence, but instead it brought health down quickly! I'm starting to love now, my new Self, smaller size in breast, and chose to have a healthy life, be a happy wife and mom all back once again! Not one negative comment came out of Dr.Sowders mouth, all positive!! I like how she said you will feel better now! Thank you Dr. Sowder for bringing back my confidence back again! Thank you! Thank you! I can't waite to be fully back, to my energetic, healthy self again!!

Thank you for sharing your story! It's great to see someone with a lift who had removal and how things heal. If you can update with a photo now would so appreciate that. I will be getting my implants removed after 1.5 yrs of nothing but problems since I got them. Not health problems thankfully but way too large, pain, deformities. Do not like one thing about how they look or feel in my body. My deflated boobs before BA were so beautiful compared to now and I kick myself for making such a huge mistake everyday! It's hard to not give into depression, I've also stopped working out completely after before being extremely active outdoors and at the gym several times a week. I feel like this has changed my life, outlook and personality for the worst. It helps me a lot to read these stories about women who have gotten through this and made it to "the other side." I feel now as though I could never be comfortable in my own skin again or with intimacy w a part of my body that used to be such a huge part of that. Anyway, thank you and I hope you're still doing great!
