Dr. Salemy was always informative and patient. I had gone into the consultation and knew I wanted saline implants just because I didn't want to stress about silicone ruptures. He never made me feel like my decision for saline was the wrong choice. He thoroughly explained the difference between saline and silicone and when finished he always made me feel like I had made the correct decision for my body.
Right before the procedure Dr. Salemy's nurses and physicians were truly exceptional. As I awoke from anesthesia, I even chatted with one of the PAs about geeky television!
It may be a little early to review - but I am very happy with the results of my procedure. The scars underneath my breasts are small. The numbness is minimal and fading. I can wear pretty outfits now and I honestly feel more feminine. Yay for boobs, yay for Dr. Salemy!
