Just had a consult with Dr Salemy for a breast...
WORTH IT$8,400
Just had a consult with Dr Salemy for a breast augmentation. I'm 33 yrs old, 5'6" & 140lbs. I breast fed 2 kids (total of 4 years breastfeeding) and my boobs have lost their perkiness :(. Currently a 34B, was in a D cup when I was at the peak of breastfeeding. Would like to be a full C. PS said I could get a good result with saline or silicone, but he far prefers silicone. Tried sizers & liked the look of 265cc, PS recommended going with 295cc since they will be under the muscle. I really liked Dr Salemy (he was the second PS I had a consult with). I will be calling Monday to set a date! Now I just have to decide saline or silicone?! I'm really having a hard time deciding.

Surgery date set!
Date is set...January 19th!!! Pre op on Jan 4th. Still can't decide on saline or silicone. Worried 295 cc will be too big? I don't want huge boobs, just want them filled back up. Posting before pics.

I Googled how to make rice sizers and made some to wear around the house (in a tight sports bra) it gave me a good idea what it would look and feel like. The bonus is my grand kids have some fun rice bags to play with now haha.

Food advice for after surgery?
Had my pre op yesterday, feeling both excited & nervous. Since we don't
Iive in the area We wil be staying overnight in Seattle after surgery, that way I won't have to sit through a long drive for my next day post op apt. My surgery is supposed to be the morning of the 19th, wondering what type of food/snacks to pack for later that day? Would love to hear from other ladies on how they felt the day of surgery, are you even hungry for dinner that night, did you feel like real food? Any advice is appreciated. 12 days & counting!!!

I live over 3 hours away so we stayed at the silver cloud hotel which is just a couple of blocks away from Dr salemy's office. I was starved afterward but could only get down crackers directly after the surgery and that was so I could take my pain medication. I have read that a lot of ladies drink a protein shake like ensure afterward until your tummy settles down. I totally lost my appetite for about 4 days so forced myself to eat crackers and applesauce to take medicine with, and lots of water.

Thank you. I'll be sure to pack some broth to sip on & crackers, along with a bit of real food in case I am able to eat.

I totally agree that you won't have a huge appetite afterwards. Maybe just crackers and soup and light foods. Protein will def help you to get your strength back afterwards. After a few days you will feel back to a more improved self!
