49 Yrs Old - Neck Lift - Seattle, WA

I am 49 years old and had noticed for the past few years the skin under my chin in the early stages of sagging. I tried Ultherapy with some improvement, and added Juvederm to my face (I’m fairly thin) which helped some as well, but it didn’t restore my appearance to the way I looked in my 30s to early 40s - especially my neck area. I have been going to Dr. Baxter for the past several years for Botox/Juvederm/Ultherapy so asked him about a neck lift. He stressed I didn’t need it yet - the results would be minimal - but that’s exactly what I wanted - an improvement that I could see but others couldn’t tell that I‘d had ‘work done‘. And that is exactly what I received. I went in for surgery three months ago. After a week, I was able to go out in public - the bruising was minimal, the incisions were very discreet. After six weeks I was back in my normal exercise routine (running/weights). This was not a “lifestyle lift” - it was a true neck lift - tightening the skin as well as a platysmaplasty.

I had intended to share photos from before, after, and recovery photos, but now that I’m getting hit on by guys in their 20's and complimented by everyone who hasn’t seen me in awhile (they can't figure out what is different - one friend said I looked more 'alive'), I’m not sure I want to post photos and risk being recognized! I’m taking credit for all of Dr.Baxter’s amazing work!!
