I have been to a couple of plastic surgeons. After showing a picture of my desired nose, one surgeon stated could only remove the hump on my nose, but could do nothing with the bulbous tip. I finally decided on Dr. Salemy, after he agreed that he could give me the nose I have been desiring. He was also very patient, explained that the surgery would be closed rhinoplasty, and also what I should expect post surgery. He addressed all of my concerns.
