5 weeks out
WORTH IT$10,000
It's been 5 weeks since my surgery and I am starting to get antsy. I really need to exercise but it has been hard since I am still a little but sore. Especially my left breast. I went for a bike ride this weekend and did some light cardio at the gym yesterday and am not feeling any worse so I am happy about that. I just want to be 100% again:(. I am going to try to jog on Thursday. We will see if I can.

Almost 5 weeks out
Just checking in. I can't believe it has been almost 5 weeks. Overall, I am doing well but I am a little worried bc my left breast feels a little tight and still sore. My right is better but not completely healed. Has anyone experienced this? I am worried :(. I would really like to go back to the gym but don't want to make things worse. Any advice would be appreciated.

You commented on my review that you were still sore. It's maybe because you also had a periolar lift.. My ps went from under the breast. They do feel sore and tight on some days and on others not so much. The mornings are always tighter then gets better later in the day. I also notice that if I work too hard that day (physically, that is) they are sore later on in the day. Maybe try to take it easy. Sometimes we don't realize that your regular day to day stuff, especially with kids can be too hard on our bodies while it's still trying to heal.
Thank you! I really appreciate your advice.
You look great, by the way! :)

Congratulations! You look great! I really like the size you ended up with. How has your recovery been especially with an almost toddler under foot?
