I am 34 years old and have lost about 120 pounds since my twins birth. I am very nervous/excited to go forward with this. I saw 4 PS in Seattle/WA. My Surgery date is set. I feel confident in my Dr. and have been reading everything I can on these procedures so that i can be an informed consumer. I have 3 little kids -so I am pretty nervous about the recovery, but My Mother is coming over to help me for about the first month.

My horrible before pics. This is what I am working with. 123 pound weight loss. 4 years post twin delivery. Used to have decent C/D breasts. Currently I have too much flabby breast to be a B cup. But I just fold them into a C cup.

I had to giggle a little at the idea of "folding them into a C cup." Oh motherhood, ain't it glamorous? ;)
