23 y/o, 5ft 3in, 110lbs, 30C/32B (27-inch rib cage), 1 kid, Mildly Tuberous Breasts!

I arrived at the surgery center about 30 minutes late (traffic was AWFUL) but I called them ahead of time to let them know. Their entire staff was so understanding!! They assured me that they "wouldn't start the party without me!" :,) they are amazing. Truly and genuinely amazing. I'm hurting right now and a little loopy on meds, so I'll write up some better updates in a little. Here are some pictures from the morning of my surgery! They had me try on a 32d bra for me to wear after surgery (we ended up switching that to a 32c at my post-op appointment the following day and I'm filling that out really nicely). I'm swollen right now and they are riding high but I'm already so happy! SO happy!! I hope and pray that I get to continue to enjoy them and love them more and more! My confidence has grown so much in just a couple of days.

My thoughts are everywhere, and with the anxiety and depression that I have... it's not a fun combination. I've really been overthinking things and incredibly worried that I could die during surgery or something. Did any of you experience anything similar to this? How can I be this way lately over something I've known that I've wanted for YEARS?! Ugh. Post op is soon. With the incredible doctor that I have, I'm hoping it will ease my fears before the big day. Speaking of my PS, he wrote me a letter after my consult about how it was nice to meet me and that I'm a great candidate for this procedure. I can tell he has so much confidence that we can get a good result! He also spoke with me on the phone the other day because I had some questions about textured/silicone implants. He seriously goes above and beyond.

Any ladies who happen to see this and want to know my stats/other info, here they are:
Weight: 110lbs
Height: 5'3"
Bra size: 30C or 32B, except for Victoria's Secret where 32C is the only comfortable fit. (Strange, right??)
Actual cup size: I suspect I have a cups/maaaybbeee a small b. I think having such a tiny rib cage makes them seem a bit bigger than they are and lands me in bigger "modern" sized bras. When I say I wear a 30C, realize the band and cup size correlate. My 30C bras are very tiny!
Desired implants: 300-340cc moderate plus silicone
