Started researching BA 10 years ago but decide the timing was not right then. Right now I am searching for a Dr. in Seattle and surrounding areas. I have one consult booked for this month. I want to schedule my surgery in late March/ early April but if needed I might consider October 2016. I might need a lift but I don't want one. I am considering gel and under the muscle with the incisions under the breast. I am open to other possibilities too.

Did you end up needing the lift? Or are you having a straight BA? Good luck :)

Hi kiwikat, I apologize for not responding until now. I am still learning this message board. To answer your question: I am not doing a lift this time. Since breast implants are not a life time product I will have a lift done in 10 to 15 years. I am going with textured, anatomical, semi solid implants 330cc with split muscle technique. My surgeon recommended a lift but said I was on the boder line for needing it but since I went with everything else he recommended we could get away with not doing one. Hope this helps!
