Dr Rand upgraded my life - seriously - with my mommy makeover. I'm now 1 month post-op that included a full tummy tuck, removal of my implants, and a breast lift with an "auto-augmentation" (a special procedure Dr Rand performs to make sure all of the breast tissue and its associated volume remains) and my body looks amazing!! Dr Rand took the "4 week" pics yesterday and showed me the side-by-side - I look like a totally different person between the neck and thighs. He sculpted the body of my dreams! I can't help but to give him a big hug now after each post-op appointment because I'm SO so grateful for what he's done for me. Here's my story if you care to read on: I first saw Dr Rand about 10 years ago for a beautiful breast lift and augmentation - loved the results and the entire experience. BTW - you could barely see my scars once everything completely healed. Fabulous. Fast forward a few years later after I had daughter - the pregnancy left me with stretched out abdominal muscles, the extra "saggy mommy tummy" skin (I called it my kangaroo pouch), and after breast feeding, my natural breast tissue decided to sag - so although my implant was perfectly placed and perky, my breast tissue was droopy (I was also "done" with having HH sized boobs, so was excited to get those removed and be back to a more "natural sized" chest). I needed a mommy makeover stat! It did take me a number of years to get into the financial situation to afford it but BOY, was it worth it!!! Right after surgery I found out that my breasts are now perfect, natural DDs (I'm so grateful for his auto-augmentation process!!!) They are perfectly perky, natural and symmetrical, I have a belly button that I actually LOVE now, and I refer to my tummy tuck "scar" as my tummy's SMILE - because that's exactly what my tummy and I feel about how it looks - I've got a "perma-smile"! Everything is already healing VERY nicely and super quickly andI'm confident that all these scars will fade similarly to my last surgery which means it'll be barely noticeable - and even then - Dr Rand placed the line of the tummy tuck so nice and low that I'll be able to wear skimpy bikini bottoms or underwear without it being seen. I'm so excited to watch my body over the next 3, 6, and 12 months as I know it'll get even better and better as my body fully heals from the mommy makeover. BTW, you know a plastic surgeon is AMAZING when he's had his same staff (who are all wonderful, caring and helpful) for as long as he's had them (I want to say some have been with him for over 20 years???) - and in addition, many of them have used him for their own tummy tucks and other procedures... You know that's a "good sign" when a plastic surgeon's staff uses him for their "work"! I didn't even consider consulting with any other plastic surgeons for the mommy-makeover - this wasn't about price-shopping for me - it was about getting the best result and outcome - and I knew I had that in Dr Rand and his wonderful staff. Can I also just say that one of the nicest memories was right before I went under anesthesia, Dr Rand gently held my other hand with both his hands - leaving me feeling calm, appreciated, looked after, and literally "in good hands" - what a great way to feel right before falling asleep. They said I woke up with a smile on my face and I don't doubt it. I highly recommend Dr Rand.
