I am so happy that I finally went through with this surgery! I still can't get over how different my boobs look now. Basically from the time that my breasts developed they were kind of conical and saggy (yay for unfortunate genes!) I've been self-conscious of them for a really long time.
I am 4 days post-op currently and feeling pretty good. The most painful part was actually the lipo around my arm pits, although it was only moderately painful the first day or so. At this point I am not feeling too much pain although my incisions are getting pretty itchy. I've been icing them on and off for a bit of relief.
Sleeping on my back hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be - normally I sleep on my stomach and I thought I would have the hardest time getting comfortable. I found that having plenty of pillows really helps (three beneath my head to elevate my upper body, one on each side so I don't roll over, and one under my knees for support).
I can't wait to try on some new bras and clothes once I am more healed up! I am really happy with the results so far though :D

I wasn't sure at first what kind of surgery I would need to get the results I was looking for. I definitely wanted a rounder shape and to reduce the sagginess but I wanted to avoid implants if possible. I went in for a couple of different consultations in the area. I decided to go with Dr. Grenley in Seattle - he was the first plastic surgeon that told me that implants weren't necessary for the results I was looking for. I really appreciated that he wasn't trying to sell me on something that I wasn't really interested in. He was also extremely thorough with the information provided and he really made me feel like I was in good hands. Everyone assured me he was very meticulous about getting the details right, and I completely agree. His staff is also incredibly nice and supportive. If you are in the area I can't recommend them enough!
