Sculptra Not Suitable and I’m in a Nightmare of an Abyss
I just did sculptra two weeks ago and completely regret it. I did NOT know it was for volume and thought it was merely for skin improvement much like profhilo on steroids. For context I have a heavy lower face and did buccal fat removal two years ago and loved it. I have practically no wrinkles and did skin boosters multiple times with good results. After two weeks I have these chipmunk cheeks and a heavier lower face which is highly disappointing. I keep reading reviews that sculptra only works after 4-8 weeks but I’m positive this is the sculptra working. I only did one vial on my nasalabial folds and cheeks but it is significant and ultra depressed that my doctor did not tell me I’m not a suitable candidate.
I’ve read countless reviews on how to reverse or mitigate this but seems like there’s no hope. I am thinking of doing botox for my masséter muscle to balance out the results, how long should I wait after sculptra to do this? Please tell me there is hope.

Right now I’m picking up smoking. I try to smoke 3/4 to a pack a day of Marlboro reds. I take ibuprofen for 1 week straight on a once a month basis to block inflammatory response. I consume no protein and no vitamin C for 1 month at least. Collagen needs vitamin c and protein to be produced.
