I saw absolutely no results, not even subtle ones

While attending an open house in October, 2023, I spoke with a sales rep from Sculptra. After a lengthy discussion, I decided to purchase the number of treatments recommended. Yes, I was told that it might take a couple months to see the results. Yes, I'm aware no products are guaranteed and their effects vary from person to person. I have used other products before. I called after 3,4,5 and 6 months because I saw absolutely no results, not even subtle ones. I called Galderma, the manufacturer, to express my concern and disappointment after spending $2800.00. They gave me a case number, but customer service said there is nothing to be done except to call the doctor's office to express my disappointment. Finally, I did meet with the doctor at Grand Strand Dermatology, The doctor was unfriendly and defensive once she knew I had a case number through Galderma. I kept a light and friendly demeanor throughout the appt., but I was dismissed and they said they would follow up with the rep. It has now been over 9 months since this ordeal began. Please do not waste your money on Sculptra and if you are in search of an office to do any procedures, continue your search.
