My experience with this practice has been terrible. First off I went to my consult in which the doctor is quite snarky. She recommended I got sculptra in my cheeks over filler and recommended 3 syringes and then filler in my lower face to sharpen that up. I really only cared for my cheeks at the time and so I said we could go ahead with that but could we do half and see how the results were looking before adding more because I was afraid of getting pillow face (which in my opinion she had). So I wanted to opt for less and make sure I was liking the results. She said yes and we went ahead and did it. Sculptra takes a while to start seeing results as it uses your own body chemistry to make the filler so I waited to see how it was going. Well it started looking terrible. It was all in my lower cheek and not higher and really just weighs my whole face down. Now I have smile lines and just look 10 years older. I hate it! I got messages from Kate asking if I want more. So I messaged back to her saying I am not happy and then just get automated replies. Finally I call the office and asked if I can come in so the doctor can see it and they tell me yes but it was be a new consult and this require $200. I refuse to pay $200 for the doctor to JUST SEE ME when I am unhappy with the results they gave me. I explained this to the office staff and they just tell me no I’m fully wrong for feeling that way. Then Kate finally calls me and tells me that sculptra isnt a filler. That it’s a skin tighter. One that is wrong and two that is not what the doctor told me when she said we do sculptra over filler because it last longer. I asked to speak to the dr on the phone and they refused. I told them since I can’t speak to the dr I will be leaving this review because I am at wits end of what to do. Then Kate threatened me with legal action if I write this review. Now I question this entire practice and will only be recommending her to people I dislike. I have attached screenshots of me trying so hard to talk with her to no avail. Go literally anywhere else.
