Worst Thing I've Ever Done to my Face

Not happy with the egg shaped rounded cheeks- i look like the overfilled adriana lima meme. I want to get rid of the sculptra on the midface marked with the X. Should I go for kenalog or hyaluronidase on my midface?

I don’t think there’s anything you can do . Maybe buccal fat removal.
Sculprta is not a HA filler so those won’t work, I don’t think. I know it can be hard how we see our selves after a change which is maybe more extreme than we would like. So it can be challenging for us and especially with those around us who may comment. That said not knowing you I think you look fine, but know it’s not about what I think. So my guess is maybe they did too much. Or they have a poor technical ability with sculprta since they did not provide what you were looking for.
And definitely don’t do the suggested buccal fat removal. While sculptra last a long time it is not permanent, but buccal removal is.
Do the hylanex if you have gotten ha fillers before. I am in the same exact boat since last April. We just did hylanex this week and though it didn't solve the issue , I can definitely see a difference. It's been years since I've had ha fillers but studies are now showing that they can remain in the body for years. This is step one , the next step is to do the Kenalog. Galderma knows this is an issue and drs in Europe have warned about it for years. It's not safe and it's not predictable. I was also tested and have no autoimmune issues at all so they can't blame that either If you are able to obtain a mri , that will help. For months I have been miserable and this is after doing the protocol of steroids and antihistamines (iv). Oral steroids, antibiotics, and lymph drainage . Nothing worked until now.

I'm so sorry for you. My injector mentioned sculptera to me today and I wanted to research a little first. I'm glad I came across your post. I didn't realize they couldn't do anything about it- therefore I think it will have be a no for me.. I'm so sorry.

Kenalog or Hyaluronidase to fix sculptra overfilled look?

I went to three consultations regarding my problem - the overfilled, rounded overvolumized midface. It changed the shape of my face- im no longer vshape. Cheeks and midface are super heavy.
Plastic surgeon offered intralesional steroid injection to deswell my cheek. It will help with the scar tissue and swelling, but nothing reverses sculptra. The major con I have with pushing through is Ive seen so many other people with atrophy and dents from steroid shots to their face. Im so afraid of trading one problem for another, but I know this will shrink my face. I also dont have nodules or lumps, so this is more for the whole midface
My original injector offered hyaluronidase to dissolve my previous HA work from 2022-2023. My problem with this is my chief complaint of overfill came after Sculptra. I never had aesthetic issues with my restylanes so Im not sure this would solve the midface issue and Ive seen horror stories about hyaluronidase too.
I definitely want to pursue something to lessen this fat face from sculptra - which one should I do?

Still too full

No improvement after trying several things - lymphatic massage, botox, rf.. so desperate to get rid of this fat face
