Dr. Moe is the filler and injector queen of Frederick! I can't believe she hasn't received any reviews here yet. I would highly recommend her for Dysport, Botox, Sculptra, Restylane. I've been to several other doctors in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and she's the best.
