Sculpture: Seven Weeks Sloped & Fat Face

I'm struggling with anxiety through the roof. The initial treatment of 1-1/2 vials. Was told I'm a "good responder" but I don't think there's anything good about this puffy face. This experience has triggered my eating disorder. I'm a total wreck. The esthetician persuaded me to do a little a long my thinning jaw line...big mistake. I heard that Sculptra doesn't reach its max volume until 6 months and I'm so depressed. The unevenness is awful but I don't trust this product to add more. Please tell me my face is done "growing." I don't even look like me anymore. I just need a doctor to tell me I'm not going to look like the marshmallow shown in the recovery photo. My fear is that even when this goes away, there will be permanent alteration to the structure of my face. Help! Does anyone know of a Sculptra expert in the Twin Cities?

I don’t see a fat face or any puffiness.
It definitely changed your jaw line to be more square but it does not look fat or puffy. I am having a hard time seeing asymmetry but I believe you. You don’t look unattractive at all but I sympathize that you don’t have the face shape you are accustomed to. I’m sorry this is causing you anxiety. I hope you can find someone who can give your original jaw line back. But please believe me, you don’t look fat or puffy. You look square-jawed like Olivia Wilde.
I agree with JBO. I hope everything works out alright. Hang in there.
Were you injected by a dermatologist, or plastic surgeon ? You dont look bad too me. But i understand how you feel.
Agree, I think you look good. I understand if you didn't bargain for a fuller, "growing" face and "square jaw". But isn't that what Sculptra's designed to do, grow collagen in areas where you've lost volume ?

My understanding is that initial treatment phases (the 1 vial per decade phases) consists of injections around the perimeter of the face, mainly in temples and where the upper/lower jaw bones intersect, as well as in front of the ear areas. The jaw area is where you appear to have gotten most attention. Seems to me if you had more in front of the ear areas, your rear jaws wouldn't appear "square" any longer. Filling in lost volume is what Sculptra does, so naturally, your face will "grow" as those areas fill-in.

P.S. If you kept the same angle and lighting across each photo, it would be easier to judge before and after photos
I guess maybe I see a small change in your jaw line but I am having a difficult time seeing a fat or puffy face. You look good to me although you know your own face. I hope you get the results you are hoping for.
