I am 48 and thin. My face was definitely losing volume and my temples very hollow. I have had multiple treatments, I've lost count of how many injections in my temples lol. That said, my face looks very natural. Perhaps it is my age and my collagen production does not over-produce like some of the younger women on here that have had issues with it. Perhaps if you are too young adverse affects can happen because you really don't need it. Just something to think about.

the worst thing I ever wasted money on. It did nothing for me except drain my pocketbook. glad it worked for you.

yeah it made my lower jaw swell up and look like a chipmunk too. i had it done at 26 and now am 32 and it just makes me look puffy. im glad it worked for you too!

Did you have multiple injections of sculpture alone or with others I agree with your premise, I have full cheeks , thin long neck but my temples are so hollow they make my eyebrows look weird. I saw a PS convention on injectables and was so upset with the tears and moans of pains from the volenteers it repulsed me and it was like these ladies had no idea what they were getting into. The PS surgeons gave them no sympathy, not even offering a tissue for the tears and blood on their faces. I only think this is available to watch on You Tube. Anyway I have gained 35 lbs. over the last year and still have the hollow temples. I also have thinning hair around the hairline so I can't have bangs to hide. How did you go through all that pain many times over. There has to be a way. I'm 70 yrs old next May 2020. Do you have any advise for me or before and after photos you would be willing to share. Thank you.
