Not much result , swapping to HA filler
$6,750
Unfortunately even my injector agrees that I’m just not getting results . Especially considering how many sessions I’ve had . So disappointed:( My cheeks are really flat and sunken and I’ve had 14 vials in total .
I’ve no idea why sculptra didn’t work for me this time . Years ago it was great for me . I wish I had cut my losses earlier but I kept hoping the results would come eventually .
It has been so expensive. We looked at my clinic before and after pics . From first session to now , my before pic looked better.
If anyone know what might help my face look better I’m open to suggestions

Update pics
A full year after first injection . Not the magic bullet I had hoped for but has made improvements. I still feel like my upper cheeks are flat and sunken and will probably use HA filler there because the sculptra didn’t seem to really take ?

Hi there, have you lost some weight too? Your face looks narrower in these photos.
Can i ask why you chose Sculptra over HA?
Can i ask why you chose Sculptra over HA?
Actually I've been trying to gain weight to help fill out my face a little ! I think my weight is About the same . One previous pic was taken straight after injections so my face was full of water . That was the result I wish I could achieve but hasn't happened .
I chose sculptra because it worked really well for me a few years back . HA fillers are very short lasting for me and I needed volume in all my face ...

Feeling happy with results
The last month or two I can say I’m really starting to appreciate the changes from the sculptra . I will say it has been very slow and although the results are subtle , I’m starting to feel the investment is paying off .

Do you have any newer pictures? The last ones you posted really started to show a difference. Also, do you mind saying about how old you are. I am 45 and just had 4 and 1/2 vials . I too am scared about heaviness in bottom of face, but at the same time feel that it might continue to tighten and fil out proportionately. You’re really did start to take shape. Seeing that your face accepted more sculptra without getting too wide makes me think I could do more. Thank you for posting
Hi :)
No problem I can post new pics shortly .
I'm 38 years old . I will say it takes a really long time to see noticeable results . It did for me anyway . Also I want my face to get wider ! I needed lots of vials because my face is thin and long and my skin has been stretched out from 3 pregnancies. Also heredity thin skin with jowls ( yay ).
Have definitely noticed my skin is thicker
Thank you:) You aré looking quite beautiful, I hope you end up getting your desired result.
You’ve had 10 vials and you think it took about 9 months to see the Kind of results You were looking for, right? I am just scared to get heavy in the jowls. Right now I’m thinking it’s ok, and I might do another 2 vials , maybe one at a time..
Sometimes taking collagen and vitamin C can help boost your collagen production. Maybe. you If you wanted You could try those to see if it helps.

I think there is no downside to going slow , take your time . I waited 2 months between injections . I've heard some people say they gained too much volume but it didn't happen to me . I found it sort of returns your face shape to what you used to have . It doesn't really sculpt ( lol ) the way other fillers do . That's why I think it's hard to get a weird result . Just my experience though :) wish you the best , definitely have to be patient with this one
Yes, patience patience:)
