It scares me when a young and beautiful girl feels there is something wrong with her beautiful and flawless body. What will happen as she ages will she be able to accept. I couldn’t figure out in the pics what was being adjusted because it is subtle. Personally I think Drs shouldn’t be encouraging changes to absolutely nothing . It make me lose trust in an honorable profession .
Well I'm transgender if u must kno and I struggle w major body dysmorphia getting my hips done has helped w it so much. I also work in a industry where looks are $ so getting my body done has made me all the $ back like I said it's not for everyone but if u can afford it why not

What an asinine comment. You act like she did a complete body transformation. Do you know what hip dips are? I have them and your hip area looks indented in figure hugging clothing.

It seems like an expensive process. You were fine before. I thank you for sharing. I had sculptra done in the face for about $3K and it did not do much.

And was there any downtime ? How soon can you work? I have hips similar to your before picture, my hip dips are slightly more prominent. Thanks !!

1 year later update

Wanted to check in and say I still have my hips , it will be a year from my last treatment in 2 weeks . I had a total of 30 vials (15 pr hip) . I plan on doing another 30-50 vials this year to double volume & maintain for longer . I really hope it last longer than the 2 years which I’m hearing it does a lot .

30 vials??!!! No way... for just hip dips doctors recommended about 2 to 3 vials per side and 2 to 3 treatments... why so many vials? Did you add to the buttocks as well?
That is 100 percent a lie and scam artist doctor who would say that , sculptura only amounts to like 5ccs per syringe and most doctors recommended 20-60 vials for volume increases. most implants begin at a 200cc range so rly its actually a small amount of anything . Sculptra is extremely cost prohibitive .
Only to fill in hip dips... not curve out the hips with too much volume... literally only filling in the hip dips - 12 vials would be enough for that (6 on each side)... not everyone wants Kardashian hips
Also looks like you wanted your hips to be wider and add much more volume so 20 to 30 vials is what that would require but just to fill in hip dips 20 to 30 is no way...
Well I personally think that all the 30vials did was fill in my hips , I had super indented hip dips tho . it's not like I have huge hips now or anything
It sure gets confusing. One vial is several syringes because one vial gets mixed w the saline..?? I had five vials on one outer thigh to fill in bad lipo hollowing... and I will need more. It’s helped a lot though so I’m hoping another five or ten will really do it for me.

Wow! Sculptra didn't seem to work for me at all, 22 vials, 2 months and $13k later 0 results.
That sounds off , u should see at least something , do u think they could have put in jus saline . I'm also 21 so idk if has to do anything w collagen production but still u should see something w 22 . I'm sorry :(

Shifrin did my implants not sculptra, Dr chuntai did my sculptra at dr shahs
Hey, I just had my first session in MN. I had 10 vials total and plan to post pics after the first week. But your results look amazing! You said you did 14 vials in your first session? Or am I mistaken?
My first session I did 6 , 2nd and 3rd I did 8
Okay cool. I saw that after I asked. Lol when did you start to see growth? Like other than the swelling. I saw that you said the swelling didn’t go down all the way. Also did you bruise at all?
