WORTH IT
I began Sculptra treaments with Dr. Echavez after moving to California and looking for a cosmetic procedure that would fill out gaunt cheeks. My reseach indicated that Sculptra was very effective in adding roundness to sunken cheeks due to aging. Additionally, the results lasts for months, as opposed to other fillers, which generally last for a much shorter period. I understand this is because of how Sculptra reacts with existing tissue in rounding out the cheek area. I am extremely happy with the results and the professional coutesy and advice of Dr Echavez. I initially found Dr. Echavez through the Sculptra website when looking for providers and learning that he instructs other physicians on the proper use of Sculptra. A recent photo is provided after treatment. I am 73.

do you have a before photo. I am getting sculptra as well. hope mine turns out like yours. I have had 3 treatments. not sure if he is aggressive enough. how many treatments did you do?

You look great and I am 10 years younger than you (63) and using sculptra for about 10 years. I really love the natural and restored volume it gives and it concerns me that people on this website have had such stated bad results. I definitely feel WHO you go to and their experience and knowledge and training in Sculptra specifically is critically important! My injector also is a "trainer and instructor" for other doctors who inject sculptra. People, RESEARCH your board certified plastic surgeon or cosmetic dermatologist BEFORE you trust your face to anyone! They should have advanced training and many legitimate 5 star reviews from other patients who they have injected with sculptra and other fillers. Their office in general must be advanced in their preparation of sculptra to assure you get the best results and no complications. Bringing them a picture of yourself 10 years past is usually quite helpful in getting the most natural result of volume placement for your particular face.
