How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Reflections Dermatology Abandoned Me As a Patient
I treated at Refecltions Dermatology in Winter Park with Dr. Palceski.
On my last visit the doctor recommended to me he inject the product
Sculptra under my eyes. I replied that I read on line it is not FDA approved for under the eye and it can be dangerous. He replied there are many products not FDA approved but we still use them. I agreed with the procedure. After two weeks the swelling and bruising was starting to diminish.
I called the office and asked them a question. My question was " Is it normal to have a bluish/black/pink hue under my eyes after treatment?
The assistant to the doctor answered my question with this statement:
"Feel free to upload photos on line and we will review it. She also said she feels it is best for me to treat at at another practice. I was shocked.
In my eyes I have a real concern and the office basically abandoned me.
To this day four months later I still have a blue, red and black hue under my eyes. This is not an acceptable way to treat patients. Please be careful with Reflections Dermatology .
