I conservatively had only one vial administered for general volume loss in my face due to weight fluctuations. Although most reviews say you cant see a result after only one vial, I am already seeing a change in my skin texture and some volume coming back to my cheeks. I can really tell the difference when putting on my blush in the morning. I cant wait to see what vial 2 does! It is slow, but I think worth it in the long run!

Looks great! Can you say where you had the injections on your face.? Was it the chin or nasial folds etc

You look great! Glad to know you can be conservative with Sculptra because there are some scary stories about it and it can't be undone.

Ditto, where did you get your injections. I am interested in the same procedure, for the same reason, weight loss in my face and wrinkles...premature aging.

2024 update

After my last review, I had one more syringe of Sculptra injected because I loved the first syringe effect. I had it primarily injected under my cheekbones in that lower face hollow, a bit in my mid - cheek apple area, the brow hollow, and my chin shadows/dimples and marionette. I will say it took about a year for me to really see the result, but my skin te ture and tone improved even more, and my chin shadow areas and dimples were especially much improved. My cheeks definitely feel plumper in the hollow area, and not such a "Skeletor" shadow appears now, but I have very high cheekbones naturally, so full disclosure, I had voluma placed in my temples, which really brought it all together to look more natural. It has been a couple of years, so I am going in soon for a maintenance vial of sculptra in my cheek hollows and chin shadow. I know the craze is now to fill the chin, etc, but I worry about filler making my lower face look heavier if it migrated (which happened with my under eye filler that I had to dissolve and and I am going to get redone eventually). To the conspiracy theorist who said I filtered my pictures, it is all literally just different lighting, and the contours of my face were the focus, which had and still are greatly improved, but here are some close ups in different lighting several years after my two syringes.
