Day 42

Hi guys! Soooo it's been a while since my last post and we are exactly 6 weeks post treatment today! Woooo!
I've been on holiday and am still overseas HOWEVER I have brought my handy dandy measuring tape with me. I've been tracking my measurements for the last 6 months for my own weight loss progress. These numbers HAD NOT CHANGED much at all during my "weight loss" (I'm talking a few kgs - max 6).
Since Sculpsure, I've definitely noticed a difference. My hips and abs and knees are definitely smaller. My inner thighs not so much (I had high hopes hahahah)
I've actually even put on weight and am bloated as all hell right now due to high (for me!) alcohol and food intake over my holiday and EVEN with my shitty diet and minimal exercise, I have remained at my smallest measurements in 6 months. For me, this is a HUGE sign that Sculpsure has worked as when I eat like crap, it shows immediately and I'm still flaunting around in a bikini. Hahah
I've attached a photo for a quick comparison but I really want to take these photos when I'm back so I can use the same background, same camera height and angle etc to give the best comparisons.
I'll be back home in another week or so, and back to my original diet and exercise regimen (eating well and regular dog walks - Im not super strict at all) so I'm expecting the full results to come through over the next few weeks when I can get back to normal.
The bottom right is me today. Literally 10 minutes ago.
I can notice and feel a difference in my clothes, even just running my hand over my hips in my clothes. My hips and my inner thighs were my most hated and now it's only my inner thighs! I have a little further to go on my journey but Sculpsure, for me, is/was definitely worth it and I'm hoping better results will show once I'm not so bloated and have gone back to normal.
Will continue to update weekly once I'm home for the full 12 weeks. :)

Day 7 - Final Daily Update post treatment

Ok. We are 7 days post treatment now. For those of you following, thanks for sticking with me!
There is still some slight swelling in the treatment areas but nothing in comparison to Day 1 post treatment. Top inner thighs seem to be the one area that's taking its time to go down.
I'm unsure if what I'm feeling when I do a deep, grabby massage are nodules or glands or things that are supposed to be and have been there all along! There really hasn't been any thorough info that I could find that explains the best way to massage - so I'm just kind of doing what I think is correct?
I'm so sure there has been a reduction in the treatment areas since swelling subsided. Nothing dramatic, just the start of the reduction process. My partner has said he can definitely notice a difference too in comparison to pre treatment.
Some slight tenderness is lingering but I would estimate 90% of pain/tenderness/swelling is gone and we are on day 7. Pretty good!! Cmon thighs!!!
I've just finished a 3 day raw detox courtesy of Juiced Life (NSW, Australia). Although I didn't stick to it 100% (oops) it was packed full of vitamins and nutrients that are supposed to help boost healing. I guess this is really what I've been focusing on for the last week - doing what I can to assist my body's healing processes. Apart from this, my diet has remained and will remain the same. I tend to follow the 80/20 rule. I'm also insulin resistant so I limit carbs, dairy and sugars. Not sure if that tidbit is useful but thought to include it.
I'll be tracking measurements and taking photos weekly and update from there.
To anybody considering Sculpsure, I hope this has been helpful!
Talk soon, RS Community! And Merry Christmas! :)
