2 months post second treatment

The sculpsure treatments definitely improved my under chin area a bit but the situation is still not good and i am trying to figure out what would be the next steps for non invasive treatment. Here are two recent pics. Bear in mind this is an extremely unflattering angle. It looks much better when my neck is extended.

Update almost two weeks after second session

I still think sculpsure is pretty amazing and it definitively has improved my neck. However, it is not a total solution for me due to all the volume under my neck. The applicator fits under the chin and does not extend back along the jaw line or to the sides of the neck. So my neck is still very full on either side and i still have jowling. There is a bit of demarcation like corners between the front where the fat was dissolved and the sides. Also because my skin was lax to begin, now the skin of my neck from some angles looks a bit like a deflated balloon. Immediately after the procedure and for a week or two there is a tightening effect due i suppose to the heat. However each time for me that did not last and then the skin became very lax. I am going to give it time because the full effects are supposed to take months. I hope in that time some of the neck skin will shrink up and i may hopefully see some more improvement. However i think i have more work ahead. Perhaps kybella after all for the sides as the injection pattern seems to extend further along the sides of the jaw. Also some neck tightening procedure. Not sure what as nothing seems all that effective.

Sculpture 53 yo double chin and neck laxity

After menopause my face slid into my neck. I wanted to see if i could improve the appearance of my neck and jawline. I have a double chin, lack of jaw definition that came with age, jowls and neck skin laxity. I asked the real self community what would be the best non surgical solution as i was considering kybella. Some doctors directed me to sculpsure. These pictures are taken almost four weeks after the first session with Dr. Ana Avialini, NYC, who was very charming, knowledgeable and attentive. Two are looking down at the worst angle and two are looking out at the best angle. The before pictures are on this website attached to my query and if i can figure out how to import them to the review, i will post them. You would see the improvement. I am not a thin woman but i see results already including some neck skin tightening and i am quite pleased. I have another session in 3 weeks

Dr. Avialini is charming and professional, but gives an honest assessment. Her office space is pleasant and convenient to midtown offices. She uses her own products and looks impeccable.
