Office review: Do Not Recommend

Scheduled appointment ahead of time to drive over two hours to office leaving straight from working night shift, got stuck in traffic, notified the office and was told to still come. Got there when I told them that I would arrive with traffic and appointment was scheduled for wrong procedure by staff and provider would not make consideration & prepare filler that was needed to do procedure that day. They knew that I had driven straight from working night shift as a nurse in the emergency w and without sleep for this appointment that I could have turned around midway if they had not told me to still come. Employee informed me ‘that it could be done but I was late.” and rudely blamed me.
