May Not Actually Provide This Service

I did not actually have the procedure. Completed the online form to request a consultation appointment and never received a response. Called today after waiting 2 weeks and the appointment staff was unaware that the procedure was offered. She called me back after checking and asked why I thought the service was offered there so I talked her through navigating the website.
I decided not to book anything at this office due to the incompetence of the office staff.
